Asher wasnt a huge fan of the weekly staff meetings that occurred every Tuesday morning. Mostly because trying to get everything accomplished in an hour was difficult especially when everyone wanted an opinion on the matter. Ash especially wasnt fond of it because Syd's babysitter had canceled on him yet again, leaving the father to drag his two year old into the office. Ash did his best to keep the office decently laid back, but never too casual. After all they were a business and work needed to get done quickly and efficiently. Asher loaded his two year old in the back seat, strapped her in, and closed the door without a word. Usually he chatted it up with his blonde two year old, however he was in a hurry and his doting dad tendencies took a back seat. Asher pulled out of the driveway and hurried towards the office hoping not to be late. As he drove he called his secretary informing her that she would be watching Syd during his meeting, and that he would like a coffee waiting for him. Ash wasnt too demanding with his staff, but he never hid the fact that he was in charge, and would have things ultimately his way. Asher's controlling nature often reared its ugly head during staff meetings, and today would probably be no exception.
Finally reaching the office he sighed in relief, ten minutes to spare. Asher turned the car off, hopped out and headed to the back seat. He grabbed his two year old out, held her on his hip, as he walked around and grabbed his brief case out of the front seat. He shut the door, locked his car, and slowly made his way towards the front door. Lucky for him on of the numerous interns held the door open, making it easier for him to enter the building. He made his way towards his office, smiling as he spotted his secretary, and life saver. "Joy your a life saver." he said handing his daughter over to her, and taking the coffee she was handing him. "Be good Sydney, I'll see you in a few." he said with smile before walking back to his office and putting his things down. He slowly began to get the things he needed for the meeting together before heading to the staff board room. He placed his brief case down by his seat at the head of the table, and his coffee down on the table in front of him.
Ash took a moment to glance at his watch to see the time, five till eight. Asher wasn't one to be known for his patients, and running late to one of his weekly staff meetings didnt put you on his good side. Asher decided to take his seat, and take to drinking his coffee as he waited. He yawned as he began reading the papers that were in front of him, not sure which way to go with this meeting. Relapse as a whole was doing quite well, but there was always areas to improve in, and that was what needed to be discussed today.
